Where funds are transferred from a third-party account, we are required to return the funds to the same originating bank account.

To proceed with the refund, kindly provide the following details of the originating (third-party) account:

• Account holder’s name
• IBAN / Account number
• Bank name
• SWIFT code
• Proof of transfer (SWIFT copy or a screenshot of the bank statement reflecting the transferred amount)

Please note that the refund will be processed only after the sender’s details are fully verified and internal approvals are obtained, which may require additional processing time compared to standard fund transfers.

To avoid any delays or refunds, kindly ensure that all future deposits are made from your own bank account registered with us.
