You can also reach our Customer Service team during official working hours in Bahrain from Sunday to Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.


For direct assistance, you can call us at +973 1700 5700. Upon submitting your complaint, you will receive a reference number within five days. Our final response, including our position and decision, will be communicated to you in writing within four weeks of receiving your complaint.


Our aim is to address complaints promptly upon receipt. If your complaint remains unresolved after four weeks or if you disagree with our final decision, you have the right to escalate the matter to the Central Bank of Bahrain within 30 calendar days.
